Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Penalty of 100% of the amount paid in case of not showing up for your appointment.
• In-Person Consultation Cancellations 1 to 2 days before your appointment are penalized with 50% of the amount paid, cancellations 3 or more days in advance are 100% refundable.
• Change of appointment of Consultation in Person with 2 or more days in advance do not have any penalty, changes with 1 day in advance or the same day are penalized with 50% of the amount paid.
• For procedure cancellations from 1 to 5 days before your surgery, you will be penalized with $500 dlls of the amount that you have covered for your surgery plus the $500 dlls of the deposit made by this digital means.
• With 6 or more days in advance your payments are 100% refundable except $500 dlls of the deposit you made to reserve your date of surgery.
• In case of any total or partial reimbursement, the Bank Commission will not be refundable for any reason.
